By accessing or using the MailsDrop website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Use of Service

MailsDrop provides free, temporary, and disposable email addresses intended to protect your personal inbox from spam. You agree to use this service reasonably and only for lawful purposes.

You MUST NOT use MailsDrop to:

  • Send or receive illegal content, malware, viruses, or prohibited material.
  • Engage in abusive activities, spamming, phishing, fraud, or harassment.
  • Automate the creation of email accounts using bots or scrapers for malicious or bulk registration purposes.
  • Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms by bypassing their registration security systems abusively.

2. Service Limitations and Data Loss

Because the service operates entirely in-memory for your privacy:

  • We do not guarantee the delivery, reception, or readability of any email.
  • Emails are permanently lost when your session ends or when you close your browser tab. We cannot restore deleted or lost emails under any circumstances.
  • CRITICAL WARNING: Do NOT use our temporary email for important, sensitive, or secure accounts (like banking, cryptocurrency, government services, or primary social media accounts), as you will lose access to them permanently.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use MailsDrop. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Termination and Abuse

The MailsDrop Team reserves the right to terminate your access to the service or permanently block your IP address at any time, without warning, if we suspect you are violating these terms, disrupting our infrastructure, or abusing our system operations.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

MailsDrop is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either explicit or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The MailsDrop Team is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to lost data, lost accounts, financial losses, or system downtime.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
